To sign up for utility service in University Park, new customers should apply to the City's Utility Billing Office, 3800 University Boulevard, second floor. Applications may be taken in person, over the phone, or by fax. A water meter security deposit must be made before service may begin. Residential deposit amounts are as follows:

To establish commercial service, please call the Utility Billing Office. The meter deposit is held until a customer's account is closed. At that time, the deposit is applied to the final bill amount. Any remaining deposit balance is refunded to the customer.
