The Mayor or Chairman will ask for those wishing to address the group to do so at the appropriate time.
Please state your name & address, identify the group or persons you are representing, and direct your presentation to the Council or Commission.
The following procedures and time limits have been established:
Comments should be concise. Please present only information not addressed by previous comments. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three (3) minutes for presentation. If unable to complete your presentation within three minutes, you may add written comments.
Written comments will be accepted in lieu of an oral presentation. Please email those comments to jrees@uptexas.org for Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings or city-secretary@uptexas.org for City Council meetings.
The e-comment feature can also be used for City Council meetings.
