Renewals
You may renew your court permit by using our online system.
- To renew online, you will use the same login you use for court reservations.
- Pass renewals are located under the "memberships" tab. Select the pass type you wish to renew and follow the checkout prompts.
- Please allow up to one hour for account to be flagged to allow court reservations.
- If you need to add a court pass or change the membership status, please contact us at 214-987-5488.

New Passes
If you are purchasing a court pass for the first time, you may do so online on CivicRec. You must be a resident of University Park to get a court pass.
Fee Schedule

| Youth Pass | $20 Per Year | Children Ages 12 and Under |
| Senior Pass | $20 Per Year | Adults 65 and Over |
Instructor Permits
Tennis instructors, personal trainers, and those who conduct sports or athletic clinics are now required to register annually with the Parks & Recreation Department. This permit is to be with the instructor at all times of instruction in / or city facilities.
