A Library Card
University Park Public Library cards are free to anyone who resides in the Highland Park Independent School District. A library card gives the applicant checkout privileges at the library, and is valid for three years.

Emergency Notifications / Weather Warnings
When rapid notification is necessary in response to public safety emergencies like floods, chemical spills, gas leaks or bomb threats, the CodeRED Notification System is a valuable communications tool. With CodeRed Weather Warnings, whenever the National Weather Service issues a severe thunderstorm, tornado or flash flood warning, and the geographically based CodeRed system determines that Your Address is in the path of the storm, you will receive an immediate call with that warning information.

Pool Passes
Pool passes can be purchased in person at the Holmes Aquatic Center or online using an existing RecTrac account.

University Park has partnered with WaterSmart to provide an online Customer Water Use Portal helping residents monitor water consumption while at home or away, avoid costly leaks, and contribute to the City's water-saving goals.
