Snider Plaza Surface Improvements Project Mock-Up

Aerial image of a section of a surface improvement mock-up

Since completion of the project that replaced water and sanitary sewer utilities in and around Snider Plaza, the City has shifted focus to the next phase of planned improvements – the completion of construction documents for surface improvements that include new pavement, storm water utilities, landscaping, pedestrian amenities, and parking enhancements.

To assist with final consideration of design elements, the City has constructed a streetscape mock-up to showcase all the components. It's located on City property along Rankin, just west of Snider Plaza. For more details about this proposed design, click on the link below. You are also encouraged to walk this space and experience a preview of potential improvements to Snider Plaza!
